Creating a .d64 file from a real disk does not appear to be working on CBM Command on a Commodore 128DCR. Pressing x gives the expected dialog and everything appears to work, the source drive churns and there's a progress bar, but the output file is never opened for writing; the activity light on the destination drive doesn't even blink.
It works properly in Commodore 64 mode on the same machine using the C64 version.

I cannot reproduce this error on a flat 128/1571/uIEC combo. What is your destination drive?
