Creating a .d64 file from a real disk does not appear to be working on CBM Command on a Commodore 128DCR. Pressing x gives the expected dialog and everything appears to work, the source drive churns and there's a progress bar, but the output file is never opened for writing; the activity light on the destination drive doesn't even blink.
It works properly in Commodore 64 mode on the same machine using the C64 version.

Destination is a uIEC/SD firmware 10.1 with 2 gig SD card. C128DCR. I tried making images of single-sided disks and double-sided disks using the internal 1571; they work in C-64 mode, but not in 128 mode.
In 128 mode when I try to create the images, the activity light on the uIEC/SD never even comes on to indicate it's being written to.
Everything except creating disk images appears to work properly in CBM Command in 128 mode.
The 128D is stock (no JiffyDOS, etc).
